i couldn't agree with you more! i'm glad i'm not the only one who's noticed the absence of any pigmentation in the people on their pages. this is the first year that i've had a subscription and overall i've been quite disappointed. the projects have been überlame, and the articles aren't all that interesting. *plus* i started to get those "RENEW ME NOWNOWNOW" letters about one month into my subscription (yowzah!). i think the concept of the mag is really interesing and i like the colours and general style of it. but i don't think i'll be throwing down another $30 Canadian for another year of projects and articles that just don't appeal to me.

i couldn't agree with you more, and i'm glad that i'm not the only one who's noticed the absence of pigmentation in their pages! this is the first year that i've had a subscription (because it's sometimes a little difficult to find the mag here in canada), and overall i've been pretty disappointed. i started getting those "RENEW NOWNOWNOW" letters only one month into my subscription (yowzah!) and i've found the projects to be pretty lame on the whole, and the articles even more useless. i think the concept of the mag is pretty interesting, and it's visually nice to look at. however i don't think i'll be throwing down another $30 Canadian for another year of info and projects that just don't appeal to me.
