Great Mexican food in los gatos

La Esquina (the corner) is a great Mexican eatery in Los Gatos, Ca.
It’s located across the street from the Los Gatos DMV, on (the corner
of) 551 N Santa Cruz Ave, Los Gatos, 95030 – phone: (408) 354-4545.
Parking can be a little challenging. The decor is bright, colorful, and
lively. There’s seating inside and out, even if it’s a little cramped.
It’s definitely worth the wait if you have to stand around for a few
minutes while a table opens up. This is a casual place, the staff are
friendly and will remember you when you come back. The food is
authentic taqueria style Mexican. My favorite dish is enchilado burrito
with chicken. The chips and salsa are fresh. Bring cash , because as
the signs amusingly say, either valuable gems, gold, prostetic limbs,
or cash are only accepted.
