		<description>Hey - I&#039;m glad to see that you got the lathe out... just a quick tip... when you&#039;re rounding, you can allow the back of the gouge to ride on the piece.  If it isn&#039;t round, the gouge will bounce.  It saves time starting and stopping the lathe to check your progress.  
It always amazes me how well even a crummy piece of firewood turns out.  A great woodpile project for next time is a mallet for setting drive centers and such.</description>

Could you post a brief description of how you set up your camera to do the time lapse recording and perhaps a quick note on how the editing was done?   I assume you&#039;re using some of that good Mac software. (Apple rocks!).
